Gnomes & Garden Baby Quilt

I’m so happy to be shar­ing a sweet little baby quilt with you all today. I made it with a new fab­ric line called Gnomes & Garden. Gnomes & Garden was designed by Shawn Wal­lace for Riley Blake Designs. This cute fab­ric line includes happy gnomes, cute bun­nies, flamin­gos and a fun spotty dotty print. It’s all just adorable!

I’ve had a quilt pat­tern that I’ve wanted to share for a while now and this sweet line seemed just per­fect to intro­duce it. The Pin­wheel Baby Quilt is avail­able as free PDF tutori­al by click­ing here.

I love how the well the Gnomes & Garden prints look with the Den­im Swiss Dot (blue) fab­ric. It provides such a pretty con­trast and really sets off the pas­tel col­ours of each print. 

I quilted this baby quilt myself using a simple 1″ grid and love how it turned out. Also… those little gnomes with their smi­ley faces get me every time!

For back­ing I used Peony Kisses fab­ric from Riley Blake Designs basics range. I think it com­pli­ments the quilt perfectly!
